How I love garden mint. It reminds me of when I was a little girl in my mums magical garden, just to smell mint transports me back to being 7 years old, making fairy gardens under the plant.

So what is mint good for? Mint is a healing, magical herb which can be used in healing baths, healing charms and healing incenses. Mint tea is perfect to sprinkle around your property after an argument or just in the four corners of the property where the arguments are taking place.

Use the essential oil to help with migraines, or to be used in spells for attracting positivity. Sip mint water to help with digestion, which helps with ibs

Mint leaves can be used in spells to break hexes and for protection. It can be used as to ward off enemies and repel evil. Rub fresh mint leaves on your temples to alleviate a headache.

Use mint for stomach cramps, especially period cramps. Add leaves to your wallet to bring prosperity.
